Products Common Packaging Style

As for amber bottles and infusion bottles packaging method,we use polyethylene shrink wrapped,this packaging can be used for all containers,small and large.Then packing tray,the packaging of containers for pharmaceutical use must ensure both glass containers’ protection and smooth operation on the end-user’s filling lines.

As for Prefilled Syringe&Cartridge packaging process:Nest loading(100pcs per nest box)➡placing breathable paper➡sealing➡bagging(15 nest boxes per carton)➡packing tray(15 cartons per pallet),pallet size:1200*800mm➡EO sterilization.

Tubular Products Forming Process Area

As for tubular bottles and ampoules packaging method,first we use wooden or plastic tray to pack the bottles,then we use cartons to pack the trays.Finally we use pallet to pack the trays.Wooden trays are used for low borosilicate bottles,plastic trays are for middle borosilicate bottles.
